Return and refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, contact us at contacthoahgames@gmail.com and include your order number. We will then provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contacthoahgames@gmail.com, ideally with photos, so that we can review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the return, we will let you know whether it has been accepted or refused. If the refund is accepted, it will be issued to the payment method used for the order. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pre-orders

The specific terms applicable to pre-orders, including the estimated delivery period and any cancellation conditions before dispatch, are stated when you place your order. In the event of a significant delay or a change affecting the pre-order, we will inform the customers concerned.
